IPS delivers modular, skid-mounted process units together with full engineering and process technology support. Our solutions cover crude oil treatment, gas processing, adsorption, refrigeration, sweetening, incineration, and flare gas recovery.
All packages are engineered, fabricated, assembled, and tested before shipment. In addition, IPS supports clients with rental units, rebuilt equipment, and process technology consulting for new projects and revamps.
Modular & Skid-Mounted Packages
IPS supplies complete modular and skid-mounted systems for oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy projects. Each package is engineered to match process conditions, site constraints, and project specifications. Units are fabricated, assembled, and function-tested in the workshop to minimize field work and shorten project schedules.

Packages can be delivered as stand-alone skids or integrated into larger modular trains with structures, platforms, and control systems. Standardized designs are available but can be fully tailored to project-specific requirements.
Crude Oil Dehydration & Desalter Packages
IPS provides modular crude oil dehydration and desalting systems for upstream facilities. These packages reduce water and salt content prior to stabilization, storage, or export, protecting downstream equipment and improving crude quality.
- Electrostatic dehydrators and desalter vessels.

Gas Dehydration Units
IPS supplies skid-mounted gas dehydration systems for upstream and midstream applications. Depending on gas quality and outlet specifications, units can be configured as TEG-based dehydration or molecular sieve TSA systems.

Adsorption Packages (PSA & TSA)
